Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently are accepting American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order at anytime, simply send us an email at help@linkedluxury.com
An order I received is incorrect, what should i do?
If any items from your order are incorrect, send us am email at help@linkedluxury.com immediately so we can correct the error as quickly as possible and get you your correct items.
I placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to make sure we have your most updated contact info. We will make sure to update your info so that you can view/track orders via your email.
How do I track my order?
To track order, go to track my order in the bottom menu of the website, you must enter your name and order #.
Returns
Are returns accepted?
Yes returns are accepted, and can be done within 14 business days. Please see our full return policy for complete info.
How do I submit a return?
If you would like to make a return, email us at help@linkedluxury.com to get the return started.
Can I exchange a item in my order?
If you need an exchange, email us the item you would like to exchange and we will gladly assist you with that process.
Sale items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
All orders are typically shipped within 2-5 days, however that's not guaranteed. During holidays, shipping times may be longer but usually ships within 24-48 hours.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive in 5-10 business days. Times vary depending on carrier and holidays.
Lost/stolen packages
If you feel your package was lost or stolen, email us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, you can request a return and we will issue a refund at the time of inspection if the package was shipped out damaged.
Coupons/discounts/promos
Only one discount can be applied at checkout, coupons cannot be combined at time of checkout.
